 Who needs to have?
All buildings, except for "single-family homes", must be approved by the Fire Department. Including parties, exhibitions and any type of event whether temporary or not.

What is the difference between AVCB and CLCB?
The main difference between the AVCB and CLCB is related to the size of the building, that is:

- The AVCB is  for buildings larger (>) than 750 m2

- The CLCB is for buildings smaller (<) than 750 m2
